Why every job starts with a camera
A sewer lateral is buried, so any company that quotes a repair without looking inside it is guessing. Every one of our jobs starts with a camera run from the clean-out. You watch the monitor with us, we mark the problem on the ground, and the photos and video are yours to keep.
That habit shapes everything else. It is why we can say “jet it and leave it” on a sound line, why a single bad joint gets a spot repair instead of a new sewer, and why our digs are short trenches over the right spot instead of the whole yard.
What we do, and what we don’t
Our work starts where the plumber’s ends: main drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspections with photo documentation, spot repairs, full replacements, trenchless lining, new sewer lines and clean-outs, backwater valves, downspout drains, and the excavation behind all of it. Emergencies are answered 24 hours a day.
We do not repair faucets, toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, water heaters or garbage disposals, and we do not fish a toy out of a single clogged drain. When your call is one of those, we say so and point you to a plumber.
Who hires us
Mostly homeowners in St. Clair and Madison counties with a backup, a slow house, or a wet patch of lawn over the line. Real estate companies, for sewer scopes before a sale. Carwashes and commercial kitchens, for jetting lines that grease and grit close up.
They did a sewer job for us at our home and couldn't be happier. Fast, friendly and affordable. They took care of handling all the necessary permits and conversions with the city prior to, during and after repair.
